About Tutoring

On-demand training is great! You get to move through the content at your own pace, when it fits into your busy schedule. But learning about TrackVia on your own presents its own set of challenges, like not having someone to answer your questions about the material. Tutoring is a great way to get the benefits of on-demand training, while still being able to work with a TrackVia expert. Here's how they work:

  • The tutoring program is designed to help you complete the Core Functionality or the Advanced Functionality learning paths.
  • You will be assigned a tutor upon registration. Tutors are experienced TrackVia Implementation Engineers.
  • You will get to meet with your tutor a total of 5 times. There is 1 introductory kickoff meeting (30 mins) and 4 review meetings (1 hour each).
  • Between each review meeting, you will be responsible for completing several on-demand courses related to your selected learning path.
  • During each review meeting, you and your tutor will dive deeper into the course content that you completed prior to meeting.
  • Set your own pace! Want to move quickly? Work with your tutor every day. Need more time? Space them out over several weeks.
  • By the end of the 4 review meetings, you'll have completed all the on-demand content in your selected learning path and have a solid understanding of the material.

"Tutoring is motivating - the weekly sessions with pre-agreed goals helped me to keep a good learning pace."

"Our tutor was really good. He would go at things different ways if we weren't understanding. Really enjoyed it."

"I like that we were able to discuss specific situations we are currently working on."
